2. MOTOR HOUSING
Aluminium alloy casting, features rigid structure and light weight.
Motor framed with radiate cooling fins, permits 40% continuous rate.
Totally enclosed construction, withstands harsh condition such as chemical, electro-plating industries, etc
5. MOTOR BRAKE
"Electro-Magnetism Brake Controller" - a unique design in its field, R.O.C. Patent No. 27417 features simultaneous motor braking upon switching off power even under full load.
7. LIMIT SWITCHES
Fitted at both top and bottom ends, switch off power automatically to prevent load chain from running out.
9. LOAD CHAIN
Fitted at both top and bottom ends, switch off power automatically to prevent load chain from running out.
11. HOOK
Hot forged high tensile steel, rigid and durable, 360 swivel, fitting with safety latch to assure safety lifting.
1. HOIST BRACKET
Double high-tensile alloy steel plate bracket, features robust and durable construction.
3. MECHANICAL BRAKE
An advanced design, assures firm and secured braking even under overload. In conjunction with motor break features "DOUBLE BRAKE SYSTEM" to secure safety and durability in hoist operation.
4. TRANSFORMER
Power to control transformed into 24V (1KW series) or 48V (3KW series) ensures for safety operation in case of circuit short.
6. MAGNETIC CONTACTOR
High performance non-fuse circuit breakers, allow frequent and trouble free operation.
8. PHASE ERROR RELAY
A specially designed current-post, prevents motor from running at incorrect wire connection.
10. PUSH BUTTON SWITCH
Fully water-proof and insulated, offers light and durable switching controls.
