We have extensive experience in the load measuring industry and during this time we have dealt with every application that you need to find a solution for.
We can assist with your application from our offices in Aberdeen and we also have skilled engineers who travel the globe helping and assisting customers onsite.
We have a wide range of tension and compression load cells from 250 Kgs to 400 Tonne that are available from stock for purchase or rental. All new equipment is supplied complete with a calibration and proof test certificates. Full user instructions are provided with re-calibration instructions available on request.
In conjunction with this we have a fully equipped facility which offers a repair and calibration service which is fully traceable to National Standards that is carried out under our certified ISO9001 quality system.
Our staff, who have extensive experience in this field, are capable of repairing both our own equipment and that of other manufacturers. All calibrations are supplied complete with a calibration certificate and we can also supply a LOLER certificate. We aim to turn around all repair and calibration services within 48 hours.
We are constantly innovating new products, our Pad Eye Tester was launched late 2015 and it has brought about a new way of testing pad eyes using one unit to test pad eyes from 9.5 Tonne to 25 Tonne.
Wireless Load Links
The wireless ALRS, which stands for Advanced Load Radio System, has many operating features including 4 units of measurement, 6 digit display and peak hold.
Wireless Load Shackles
Ideally suitable for applications where there is limited headroom, our load shackles are supplied, as standard, with an anti-rotation plate to keep the pin in its correct position and a load bobbin to centralise the load.
Self-Indicating Load Links
Our self-indicating load link can be used as a standalone unit or it can be used as a self-indicating and wireless with the addition of the ALRS handset.
Cabled Load Links
The cabled ALCS, which stands for Advanced Load Cabled System, has many operating features including 4 units of measurement, 6 digit display and peak hold. There is no on/off switch on the load link as this function is carried out on the ALCS.
Advanced Load Cabled System Handset
A 7 digit LCD handheld display for use with cabled load cells. There are 4 switchable units of measurement (tonne, kg, lbs,and US Tons) and full calibration is possible from the handheld with no extra software.
Advanced Load Radio System Handset
Our wireless ALRS handset has many operating features including 4 units of measurement, 6 digit display and peak hold. There is no on/off switch on the load link as this function is carried out on the ALRS.
ALCS Zone II Handsets
Our ALCS Zone II handset has all the same features of our standard ALCS handset but it has been modified to make it suitable for use in Zone II.

Transit Cases
We recently upgraded our range of transit cases. These cases are very heavy duty and are rated to IP67.
We currently carry two ranges of cases with the smaller case suitable to transport load cells up to 25 Tonne and the larger case can transport load cells from 35 Tonne up to 75 Tonne.
JCM Universal Amplifiers
The JCM8619A is a conditioning amplifier PCB assembly for use with strain bridge transducers. Designed to mount in a specific IP65 sealed die-cast box and powered from an external dc supply, it provides stabilised dc excitation to the bridge and generates an output of 3-wire 4-20mA, 0-10Volts, 0.5V or 2.5-7.5V.
