Stillage Cage

Type: PCMH-03 Stillage Cage

The PCMH-03 is a smaller version of the PCM-01, being only half the height. The cage is fitted with removable front and rear hinged gates, which can easily be opened for access, even when stacked. Able to be transported by forklift or pallet trolley, this cage can be stacked 4 high when empty or 2 high when loaded. This unit is supplied as a Flatpack. Optional galvanised sheet metal flooring which fits over the existing mesh base floor is available on request - shown in photo.

Type PCM-01 Stillage Cage

A multi-use pallet size cage, designed to suit all warehousing and storage requirements, with the advantage of being quickly dismantled for valuable space saving & transport efficiency.

This durable, economical cage can be transported by forklift or pallet trolley and can be stacked up to 4 high when empty and 2 high when loaded. Front drop down gate and rear hinge gate are both removable and are able to be opened for easy access, even when stacked.

Optional galvanised sheet metal flooring which fits over the existing mesh base frame is available upon request.

Type: SMB Storage Boxes

A heavy duty Storage Box, the SMB is designed for secure handling of heavy weight components/ parts in and around your workshop or during transport.

When equipped with optional lockable Lid the SMB Storage Box is a perfect storage place for all your on-site tools and smaller equipment. The Lid is available for the SMB-1150 Storage Box on request.

The SMB can be transported by Forklift or Crane, and is perfectly stackable up to 4 high.

Pallet Cage

Type PCT-02 Pallet Cage

The PCT-02 Pallet Cage is designed for safe storage and transport of loose or packaged goods. The side panels are mounted to a standard 1165 x 1165 mm hardwood pallet. Front drop down gate and rear hinged gate are both removable and are able to be opened for easy access. Zinc plated finish.
Supplied as a flat pack with standard hardwood pallet.

Type: PCTH-04 Pallet Cage

Similar to PCT-02 but only half the height, or 445mm deep. This cage is fitted with removable hinged front and rear gates, which are easily opened for access even when stacked. Supplied flatpacked with a standard Australian pallet 1170mm sq. Load capacity 1,000kg and can be stacked 4 high.

Type SRF-1300 Smart Rack

The type SRF-1300 Smart Rack has been designed as relocatable, stackable racking able to utilise all areas of your storage facility. Special ‘V’ rails allow for fast placement and stable stacking. The Rack has been fitted with removable mesh panels to each side and the rear for product protection and is suitable for placement of a standard pallet.

 

The Rack has an added advantage of being nestable 10 high (when empty) for transport and storage and is stackable up to 4 high when fully loaded.

Type MMC-01 Mesh Cage

A stackable transport and storage cage ideal for production, warehousing and component storage applications. Easily collapsible for space saving during transport the MMC-01 is assembled without any tools in seconds. Cage is fitted with a drop down access gate allowing easy access to the base even when stacked

Type RGT-01 Goods Trolley

The RGT-01 general purpose goods trolley offers the space saving benefit of being able to be collapsed easily for storage when not in use. Fitted with a fold away upper shelf and 270 degree opening lockable gates this cage can be used in a single or two shelf configuration.

The RGT-01 is fitted with 4 x 150 mm diameter swivel wheels for easy manoeouvrability. Front wheels fitted with brakes for security.

Type RST-01 Stock Trolley

This lightweight trolley is ideal in areas such as supermarkets, retail outlets, stock warehouses etc. Perfectly suited for use in narrow isle spaces, this trolley is also fitted with 4 swivel wheels, 2 of which are fitted with brakes.

With the ability to be quickly collapsed and nested together for space saving when not in use, the RST-01 is ideal for limited storage situations.
