DC Powered Lifting Trolleys

The DC Lift Trolley range offers 100 & 250kgs of lifting force at the push of a button. It eliminates the need for manual pumping and provides a safe, clean, powered lift that is quiet and ideal when hydraulics can't be used.

DC lifting trolleys use a linear actuator and a Safetech developed battery box that powers up to 150 lifts per charge.

Large diameter, low friction castors make the DC Lift Trolleys easy to move, highly manouverable and ideal for office or factory use.

Power Drive DC Trolleys provide users with motorised variable speed travel as well as the powered lift function of the DC range.

These Australian made trolleys incorporate a smooth drive mechanism developed by Lockwood electric mobility that has variable speed, reverse travel, soft start and excellent stability. Available in 250 kg and 100 kg models it provides users with effortless powered drive and lifting. Suitable for factory, warehouse and office applications it is easy to use and recharge directly from a wall mounted charger.

 

Powerlift DC lifting trolleys now offer four models:

1. DC250 - with 250kg of Lifting Force
2. DCD100 - the double scissor lift option for when a higher lift is required
3. Power Drive DC 250 - Motor Drive DC 250
4. Power Drive DCD100 - Motor Drive DCD100

How does the DC Scissor Lift Trolley work?

The DC Lift Trolley is a small Scissor Lift Table that uses a linear actuator as the lifting mechanism. This eliminates hydraulic fluids or oils and provides a quiet, steady lift force.

A high duty cycle, rechargeable battery supplies the power and a push button controller makes operating the DC Lift Trolleys effortless.

Wheels are polyurethane with fixed front rear castored for easy mobility. DC Lifting Trolleys are powder coated for a quality finish and the actuator is rated IP54.

Applications

Suitable for all general trolley applications but especially those where hydraulic contaminants can't be tolerated such as offices, vets and medical clinics.

DCD 100 is ideal for shelf stacking .

With the wheels removed the DC lift trolley can be used as a static lifting platform -see below a dog grooming table

Options

DC 250s have been adapted for use as baby change tables in day care and creche facilities. A static base frame can be supplied for use as a stable lifting platform.

DCD 100 provides a double scissor option allowing lifting heights upto 1500mm.

IP56 Rated Actuator available.

Safety

DC Lift Trolleys are very safe to use but as with all scissor mechanisms care must be taken to avoid any entrapment as it is operated.

Limitations

Maximum and minimum heights, loads greater than 250kgs.

Safebin Trolley

Unique Concept in Trolley Design. SAFEBIN is an ergonomic trolley designed to reduce injury in the workplace where loading and unloading from trolleys present a problem. The Safebin is similar to it's big brother, the Palift and automatically raises or lowers the goods toward the operator, eliminating the need to bend and reach to the trolley surface. SAFEBIN is a unique concept in trolley design, incorporating a spring loaded table which automatically lowers or raises as goods are loaded or unloaded. The top of the load is always maintained at an ideal lifting height which eliminates the need for constant bending and lifting - a major cause of back injury in the work place.It does this without operator intervention by employing a simple "Jack-in-the=box" principle, requiring no power and very little maintenance. Colour coded springs are available to suit a wide range of loads up to 500kg.
