The DC 250 trolley offers 250kgs of lifting force at the push of a button. It eliminates the need for manual pumping and provides users with a safe, clean, powered lift that is quiet and suited for areas where hydraulics can't be used. The DC 250 uses a linear actuator and a Safetech developed battery box that can power up to 150 lifts per day depending on the lift weight. Large diameter, low friction castors make the DC 250 easy to move, highly manoeuvrable and ideal for office or factory use.

How does the DC-250 Work?

The DC 250 trolley is a small scissor platform table that uses a linear actuator as the lifting mechanism. This eliminates any hydraulic fluids or oils and provides a quiet, steady lift force. A high duty cycle, rechargeable battery supplies the power and a push button controller makes operating the DC 250 effortless. The wheels are polyurethane and all castored for easy mobility. It is powder coated for a quality finish and the handle is made from stainless steel. Wash down is possible as the actuator is rated IP56.

Applications

Suitable for all general trolley applications but especially those where hydraulic contaminants can't be tolerated such as offices, vets and medical clinics. When ease of movement is a priority the DC 250 excels.

Options

DC 250s have been adapted for use as baby change tables in day care and creche facilities. The wheels can be removed for use as a stable lifting platform.

SAFEBIN is an ergonomic trolley designed to reduce injury in the workplace where loading and unloading from trolleys present a problem. The Safebin is similar to it's big brother, the Palift and automatically raises or lowers the goods toward the operator, eliminating the need to bend and reach to the trolley surface.
SAFEBIN is a unique concept in trolley design, incorporating a spring loaded table which automatically lowers or raises as goods are loaded or unloaded.
The top of the load is always maintained at an ideal lifting height which eliminates the need for constant bending and lifting - a major cause of back injury in the work place.It does this without operator intervention by employing a simple "Jack-in-the=box" principle, requiring no power and very little maintenance.
Colour coded springs are available to suit a wide range of loads up to 500kg.
SAFEBIN is ideal for moving in-house loads, such as computer material, large quantities of paper, books, or any manually handled loads.

How does Safebin work?

Safebin is very simple and uses a robust spring and scissor mechanism on a castored trolley. As the weight reduces the load rises or, in reverse, as the weight increases the load is lowered. Safebin is durable and built to last.
