Renowned for strength and reliability, the Lemcol range of 8" steel pneumatic wheels offers a premium product at an affordable price.
The rims are fully manufactured in Australia, providing the benefit of short lead times and the ability to offer colour matching to customer specifications.
Selection includes both divided and one-piece rims for the 8175 (rim width 1.75") range, manufactured from 1.2mm thick material to suit a light duty garden wheelbarrow application.
The remainder of the range is offered as a one-piece rim, pressed from 1.6mm. material.
A range of heavy duty high speed wheels with precision taper roller/ball bearing, seals and grease cap compliment the range. Available with highway or block tread pattern tyres, they are suitable for trailers, concrete mixers, agricultural implements and other materials handling equipment.
All hubs are robot welded to ensure accuracy and consistent quality of weld, while the one-piece rims are welded together using a continuous seam welding technique.
Rims are surface treated prior to painting to provide excellent paint adhesion, while the baked enamel finish limits corrosion under adverse conditions. Where extreme corrosion protection is required, we can also offer a galvanised finish to suit.
A large tyre selection is available in tread patterns to suit varying operating conditions. Most are offered in 4-ply to provide greater durability.
