EZ Loader

EZ Loaders are true ergonomic tools in every sense of the word. They are designed to eliminate worker bending by automatically raising and lowering pallets during loading or unloading without the use of mechanical springs. EZ Loaders also allow easy pallet rotation so the worker does not have to reach or strain. As the load weight changes, the EZ Loader automatically adjusts, keeping the top of the load at a convenient working height. The patented pneumatic operating system found only in the EZ Loader has proven to be the top choice of industry professionals worldwide.

 

Applications

EZ Loaders are excellent additions to any loading or unloading process using pallets as the transportation medium. Location of air valves (2) and pressure gauge at end of unit provides protection and easy accessibility.	Rotator ring is secured at center pivot to prevent ring from dislodging while in use. Center bearing provides smooth, easy rotation.	Exclusive Bishamon finger guards are standard on all EZ Loaders.	Large, easy to read air gauge is standard on all Bishamon EZ Loaders.

Maintenance bars are provided to block scissors open if service is required.	Continuous hinge tubes with etime self-lubricated bushings.	Solid, heavy duty steel construction with rugged base frame and entrapped rollers are EZ Loader standard features.	Firestone Airstroke Actuator™ raises and lowers the pallet.

SAFETY SKIRT
The EZ LOADER can be fitted with a PVC bellows Type Safety Skirt which contributes to a safe working environment, completely enclosing the unit in a protective envelope
