Type: CK Concrete Kibble

CK05 / CK10 Concrete Kibble Concrete Kibbles have been designed for easy transfer of concrete on site by overhead crane.

This lightweight yet heavy duty kibble can be used for both bottom and side discharge with the use of the adjustable chute. The unit is lever operated from either side for easy operation and is also fitted with fork pockets for transport purposes. Enamel painted finish, Safety Yellow.
Active Lifting Equipment kibbles are supplied with full instructions, risk and hazard identification manuals.

Type: CKL Laydown Kibble

CKL Laydown Kibble The CKL is a heavy duty rollover style kibble for use by overhead crane. Suitable for large applications, models are available up to 3 cubic metres. The CKL kibble can be used for either bottom or side discharge with the use of the adjustable chute. The kibble is fitted with a 700 x 400 mm clamshell gate which is lever operated.

The easily removable lever can be quickly fitted to either side of the kibble allowing flexible operation. The unit is also fitted with forklift pockets for transport purposes about the work site and has a storage facility for the chute.

Options available include:
Rack and pinion operated discharge opening.
Air operated discharge opening.

Type: GK Grout Kibbles

The GK Grout Kibbles have been designed for bottom dumping of viscous materials including grout or equivalent liquids.

The handle positioning and use of a 'Layflat' hose allows an unobstructed view by the operator of the material pour. The unit is designed with a 300 mm diameter butterfly valve to allow the operator to control the pour via the handle. Forklift pockets have been provided for transport about the work site.

The interior of the kibble has smooth surface allowing for easy discharge and quick cleaning.

Type CC215 Concrete Collection Tray

CC215 Concrete Collection Tray Limit environmental damage onsite by use of the Concrete Collection Tray. This low profile tray fits under the concrete pump to collect spillage washout water and concrete waste. Fitted with fork pockets and crane lugs the tray is constructed with tapering sides.
